Jean M. Austin

Jean Austin 76, Milford, CT, beloved wife to Ronald Austin for over 60 years, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2022.  She was born on September 28, 1945 in Mt. Vernon, NY. 

She was predeceased by her parents Raymond Hayes and Margaret Pritchard.  She was also predeceased by her sister Linda Wilson, her daughter Karen Austin and son Michael Austin. 

She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother who will be dearly missed. 

In addition to a long successful 40 year career in retail, she also helped her husband manage and run his business, Milford Asphalt Paving. 

Along with her loving husband, she is also survived by daughter Laurie Lenahan and her husband Kurt and grandson Owen, her special granddaughter Kari A. Austin, daughter Danielle Austin Willey, husband Mark and grandson Jake Austin Ferro. 

All services will be private.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to St. Jude.
