Dennis J. Darak, Sr.

Dennis John Darak, Sr., age 74 of Milford, passed away April 28, 2021 at home with his loving family by his side. Dennis was born in Bridgeport, June 21, 1946, son of the late John Darak, Jr. and Elsa Kleban Darak. He worked as a mechanical engineer for Johnstone Company of North Haven. He was a member and Past Master of Ansantawae Lodge No. 89 of Milford, thrice Illustrious Master of Adam Satig No. 35, 32nd Degree Mason. Shriner, Knights Templar, and Jolly Mariner. He was also an active member of Mary Taylor Memorial United Methodist Church of Milford, Motorcycle instructor for the State of Connecticut, Past Officer of Goldwing Road Riders Association, and the Sterling Ski Club. He leaves behind his beloved wife Judith Jones Darak, his children Lisa Darak-Druck (Diana), and D.J. Darak (Shannon), his grandchildren Alexa and Coltin Darak, his sister Donna Darak, his nephew Patrick Jones, his niece Tammy Jones Reilly, and many beloved cousins. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 15th at 11am at Walnut Beach Pavilion in Milford. Interment will be private.
